Thyroid and my hair

One day I was showering and I looked down and saw that I had lots of hair going down the drain. When I brushed my hair or wore it up and took out the hair band there would be over 30 strands of hair, my hair was thinning and falling out and this is how I discovered I had a thyroid problem.

Through medicine and food I have been able to balance my thyroid but that didn’t account for the hair I had already lost. A couple of my friends had been posting pictures of how their hair had strengthened and grown with a natural product. I thought I would give it a try. At first I lost some more hair and I was concerned that it wasn’t working. The produce worked to remove damage from my hair and that is why I was losing hair at first, but that didn’t last long and soon the new hair started coming in more quickly. My hair was thicker than ever before, I regained what I had lost and I started loving doing my hair again.

Monat works, be patient and let it do it’s thing. The key is using the shampoo twice, yes I know sounds like a pain, but once you get used to it…it becomes like second nature. Don’t be surprised if you have wavy hair the product will bring your hair back to it’s natural state, so now my hair is a lot wavier and I am loving it.

Try it out, let me know what you think!
